About Reignite Vitality
Reignite Vitality is a physician-guided telehealth company focused on helping you work toward your optimal physical health and well-being. We connect you with personalized treatment options designed around your health history, individual needs, and personal goals.
Reignite Vitality allows you to connect with a licensed medical provider from the privacy and convenience of your own home. If treatment is approved and prescribed, it is filled by a qualified pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your doorstep.
Reignite Vitality offers treatment programs designed to support goals such as weight management, hormone optimization, improved energy, physical performance, recovery, sexual wellness, body composition, and overall vitality. Available treatments depend on your medical history, provider approval, and applicable state requirements.
Reignite Vitality serves patients nationwide. However, certain treatments may not be available in every state because of state-specific regulations and provider or pharmacy restrictions. If a treatment is unavailable where you live, it will either not appear as an option or you will be notified during the review process.
Reignite Vitality works with a nationwide network of licensed medical providers. Your medical intake will be reviewed by a provider who is authorized to practice in your state. Treatment availability and prescribing requirements may vary based on state law and the provider's independent medical judgment.
Getting Started
You may begin by completing Reignite Vitality's optional assessment or by selecting a treatment directly from Shop All. The assessment helps identify products and programs that may align with your goals, but it is not a medical evaluation and does not determine whether you qualify for treatment.
After choosing your preferred treatment and completing checkout, you will complete a required medical intake through Reignite Vitality's secure prescribing platform. A licensed medical provider will review your intake and determine whether treatment is medically appropriate.
The provider may approve the selected treatment, request additional information, require bloodwork or an additional discussion with your provider, recommend a different treatment, or decline treatment. No medication will be prescribed or dispensed without completion of the medical intake and approval from a licensed provider.
Yes. Every order requires a medical intake, whether you begin with the assessment or select a treatment directly from Shop All. The assessment is an optional tool designed to help you identify treatment options that may fit your goals. It is not the medical intake.
After checkout, you will complete the required medical intake through Reignite Vitality's secure prescribing platform. A licensed provider will review that information before making any treatment decision. No prescription medication will be provided without the required medical intake and provider approval.
The optional assessment typically takes only two to five minutes. It is a simple online questionnaire that helps you explore treatment options that may fit your goals. It is not the medical intake, and completing it does not guarantee approval or a prescription.
Most treatments do not require a video appointment. In many cases, a licensed medical provider can review your medical intake and make a determination without a video conference. Hormone-replacement therapies include a video appointment with your provider as part of the review. Your provider may also request an appointment if additional information or discussion is needed before making a treatment decision.
The optional assessment asks a few quick questions about you and your goals to help you explore treatment options.
The required medical intake, completed after checkout, asks for information such as your name, contact information, location, age, height, and weight. You will also answer questions about your current health, medications or supplements you are taking, previous treatments, and the goals you would like to achieve. Additional medical information may be requested before a provider can approve treatment.
Yes. Using other medications, hormones, supplements, or peptides does not automatically prevent you from receiving treatment through Reignite Vitality.
Please provide complete and accurate information about everything you are currently taking in your medical intake. A licensed medical provider will review this information and determine whether a Reignite Vitality treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Recommendations and Medical Review
The optional assessment uses the goals and preferences you share to suggest products and programs that may fit your needs. These recommendations are intended to help you explore your options and are not prescriptions. A licensed medical provider makes the final treatment decision after reviewing your required medical intake.
Yes. You may select more than one product or choose a bundled program that addresses multiple goals. Your medical provider will review all of your selections along with your medical intake and determine which treatments, individually or together, are medically appropriate for you.
No. A product recommendation, completing the assessment, or checking out does not guarantee approval or a prescription. A licensed medical provider must review your medical intake, current medications, treatment selections, and any required bloodwork before determining whether treatment is appropriate.
The provider may approve your selection, request additional information, recommend a different treatment, or decline treatment altogether.
After selecting your preferred treatment options, you will provide a payment method and complete checkout. You will not be charged for prescription treatment at that time.
You will then complete the required medical intake through Reignite Vitality's secure prescribing platform. A licensed medical provider will review your information, generally within two business days after receiving a complete intake and any required supporting information.
Some treatments may require bloodwork, additional information, or a video appointment. If your treatment is approved and prescribed, your payment method will be charged and the prescription will be sent to the dispensing pharmacy for fulfillment. If treatment is not approved, you will not be charged for that treatment.
Provider review typically takes up to two business days after your completed medical intake and any required information have been received.
The review may take longer if your provider needs additional information, bloodwork, or a video appointment before making a treatment decision. Reignite Vitality will keep you informed throughout the process.
If your provider determines that your selected treatment is not medically appropriate, you will not be prescribed that treatment and your payment method will not be charged for it. Depending on your health information and goals, the provider may request additional information, require bloodwork, recommend another treatment option, or determine that treatment through Reignite Vitality is not appropriate at this time.
Yes. Your assessment recommendations and selections help the provider understand your goals and preferences, but they do not determine your final treatment plan. After reviewing your medical intake, health history, current medications, treatment goals, and any required bloodwork, the provider may approve your selection, recommend a different option, adjust the proposed treatment, or decline treatment.
Treatments and Medications
Reignite Vitality offers physician-guided treatment options focused on weight management, men's and women's hormone optimization, body composition, physical performance, recovery, sexual wellness, healthy aging, and overall vitality. Available treatments depend on your individual medical needs, provider approval, pharmacy availability, and the laws and regulations in your state.
Reignite Vitality may offer both FDA-approved medications and compounded medications, depending on the treatment, your individual needs, availability, and your provider's medical judgment.
FDA-approved medications have been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, and quality for their approved uses. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. Your provider will determine whether a particular treatment is appropriate for you and can answer questions about the medication being prescribed.
Yes. Some treatments available through Reignite Vitality may be compounded medications. Compounding is the preparation of a medication for an identified patient based on a valid prescription from a licensed medical provider. A compounded medication may be prepared in a particular dosage, strength, or form based on the patient's medical needs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as FDA-approved brand-name or generic drugs. When prescribed, they are prepared and dispensed by qualified compounding pharmacies in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.
Prescriptions are filled by qualified partner pharmacies that are licensed to dispense medication in your state. The dispensing pharmacy may vary depending on your location, prescribed treatment, and medication availability. If treatment is approved and prescribed, your medication will be shipped discreetly to the address you provide. No medication is dispensed without provider approval.
Yes, but changes to prescription treatment must be reviewed by a licensed medical provider. Contact the Reignite Vitality care team if you want to change your treatment, add another product, adjust your plan, or discontinue a medication. Do not change your dose or stop taking a prescribed medication without first following the instructions provided by your medical provider.
Bloodwork and Eligibility
Some treatment plans require bloodwork before a provider can determine whether treatment is appropriate. If labs are required, Reignite Vitality will explain which tests are needed and help you arrange your blood draw. Other treatments may be reviewed without bloodwork unless your provider determines that additional information is necessary.
Testosterone and certain hormone-optimization programs generally require baseline bloodwork before treatment can be prescribed. Depending on your health history and selected treatment, your provider may also request labs for other programs. Required testing is determined by the reviewing medical provider and may include both baseline and follow-up bloodwork.
Recent lab results may be accepted if they include all required tests, were completed within the required timeframe, and provide enough information for the medical provider to evaluate your treatment. You may be asked to upload a copy of your results for review. If the existing results are incomplete or outdated, Reignite Vitality will help you obtain the additional testing you need.
If bloodwork is required, Reignite Vitality will provide instructions and help you locate an available laboratory or blood-draw location near you. Available locations may vary based on where you live and the specific tests ordered.
Baseline laboratory testing is included with Reignite Vitality's testosterone-containing programs when identified as part of the program. If additional or follow-up testing is required, any associated cost will be explained before you proceed. The program description and checkout process will identify whether laboratory testing is included in your selected treatment.
Pricing and Payment
You will provide a payment method during checkout, but you will not be charged for prescription treatment at that time.
After checkout, you will complete the required medical intake, and a licensed medical provider must review it and determine whether treatment is medically appropriate. Your payment method will only be charged for treatments that are approved and prescribed.
The displayed program price includes the prescribed medication or medications and the initial medical-review allocation associated with that program. When applicable, the program description will also identify included baseline laboratory testing.
Shipping charges and any additional laboratory or follow-up-care costs will be shown or explained before they are charged. If medications are fulfilled by more than one pharmacy, separate shipping charges may apply.
Reignite Vitality operates primarily as a self-pay service and does not directly bill health insurance for its treatment programs.
HSA or FSA funds may be eligible for certain medical services, prescriptions, or laboratory expenses. Eligibility is determined by your plan administrator, and Reignite Vitality cannot guarantee that a particular purchase will qualify for reimbursement. You may request an itemized receipt to submit to your HSA or FSA administrator.
